Professional bartender, he graduated from the European Bartender School in London winning a special award for obtaining the highest grade in the whole history of the school.
He also studied for five years at a hotel and catering school in Italy, and gained a diploma in cooking and restaurant services.
He has a solid experience in high-level restaurant industry, and the last restaurant he worked at was Izumi at the Four Seasons Hôtel des Bergues. Charismatic and friendly, he is a globetrotter, speaks five languages, loves being in contact with people, pampering his guests and preparing his delicious cocktails for them.
