He worked for three years at the Restaurant du Parc des Bastions, and cooking is his specialty. He’s the youngest among the Spinella brothers and he works alongside chef Marco to prepare the delicious dishes of the menu.
Professional, accurate, but also cheerful and sociable, he loves his homeland so much that he has the Isle of Sicily tattooed on his forearm (with its unique triangular shape which you may also recognize on the restaurant serving boards and on the specially designed handcrafted wall clock).
