He worked as a cook at the “Il Lago” restaurant in the Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues (one Michelin star), for the chef Philippe Chevrier at the Domaine de Châteauvieux restaurant (two Michelin stars), at the fine Brasserie Lipp, and in many other prestigious restaurants.
He runs the restaurant Spinella with his twin brother Salvatore, and he is the head chef.
Creative and meticulous, he prepares his dishes with attention to detail, and he engages with his guests with the elegance and the smile that characterize him.
